Every team needs a balance of skills across it's pitch and sign-reading is a very useful skill to own. The signs are not always clear or even visible! The sign reader is not always someone with 20/20 vision or sharp insight for solving problems or puzzles, but someone who is prepared to serve others and help them across business boundaries, over invisible obstacles to open closed minds!
