Who We Are
My name is Harry Wright, I am the founder and sole proprietor of this organisation... but I work within a network of like minded folk. I (We) operate on-line with other entrepreneurs and that means we don't actually have to worry about who is physically absent at meetings or indeed if there is anyone attending at all... usually, there are quite a few of us using Skype or Zoom at any one time, doing business with and between each other and outwards into the general public marketplace! The important feature of our business team is that there is someone leading the show (in my case that's me) and acting as if there were a dozen top directors all slaving away like their lives depended on it, all in agreement about strategic decisions and the way we implement our business ideas! That's what 'one-man bands' are like you know! This organisation then is my own enterprise, born out of many years hard work and total love for what I still do. I believe in good ethics and demonstrating true leadership on behalf of all the fine leaders I've encountered; they have instructed me well in their ways and guided me in effective leadership behaviours. |
And What we doSince 1986 I have been in business in one form or another.
Initially, it was my own Limited Company, a training organisation, delivering a combination of technical and people development programmes. I learned a lot in that 17 years of high pressure design, production and delivery of more than 100 different courses for literally thousands of people across The UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa... part of this time I delivered corporate programmes for Motorola University, educating their employees in Six Sigma Quality, Process Improvement and Environmental subjects. Then came a flurry of freelance and corporate projects, mainly in the field of communications, change management and leadership development until I retired from serving the 9-5 Corporate firms. Currently, I show members of the public across the world how to survive and flourish financially by creating and leading their own enterprises on the Internet. The aim is to enlighten individuals about the on-line digital economy, and to spark their hidden talents for leading others into business. This vastly improves the lives of individuals, communities, lifestyles and their business performance - to say nothing about their national economies. I would like to think that, together, we make a big contribution to global development.
